Is NORVAPAY a bank?

No. NORVAPAY is a financial technology platform operated by Farida Investment LLC. It is not a bank and balances are not FDIC-insured.

What can I do before verifying?

Unverified accounts can send up to $250/day and $1,000/month. Verify your identity to unlock $2,500/day, $15,000/month, and $30,000/month receive limits.

How long does verification take?

Most submissions are reviewed quickly. You will be notified when your status changes to Verified or Rejected.

How do I get help?

How is my money protected?

We use encryption, device monitoring, login alerts, and identity verification. See the Security Center for more.
