Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. NORVAPAY™ is operated by Farida Investments LLC and is not a bank.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and you must provide accurate information and complete verification when required.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, or money laundering. Accounts in violation may be limited, suspended, or frozen.
Money movement
Wallet balances reflect funds held for your benefit. Banking, ACH, and card services are Pending Partner Onboarding and subject to partner terms when enabled.
Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farida Investments LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
